Between 9-10 mos, Jenna started taking a step or two, here and there... nothing consistent, though. Finally, right at 11 months, something clicked, and she grasped the whole "one foot in front of the other gets me where I want to go" concept. Here she is toddling around the (very messy Jenna-destroyed) basement over the weekend. Because she only wants to get down and walk when we're out, Josh and I took her to stride rite to buy her some shoes over the weekend... that's another story. I underestimated how hard it would be for her to figure out how to walk with shoes on!! Here she is, barefoot, doing her thing... (the odd talking in the background is the TV)
